Steady Hands Video Production was founded by Thomas Loach in 2023.

After a decade of filming lifestyle television & commercial content (and taking orders from others), Tom decided to take a leap of faith and start his own business.

Through Steady Hands, Tom aims to end plain and uninspiring advertising. Inspired by his love of cinema, he employs a unique visual style, including analog and film techniques, to create strong and unforgettable visual identities for businesses and brands. Drawing on his wealth of on-set experience, he will always showcase his subjects in their best light.

Recognising the need for a trusted partner, Steady Hands welcomed its first producer, Mikhayla Dennis. Coming from VCA’s film school and a career in advertising, Mikhayla brings a wealth of storytelling expertise. Convinced she has better taste in films than Thomas, she is our go-to person for all things storytelling. Using her screenwriting knowledge, Mikhayla writes distinct content with a brand voice that’s loud and clear.

Together, Thomas and Mikhayla plan to take over the marketing world, one ad at a time.
